The school’s Hospitality and Chef Manager, Paul Mingo-West, has 30 years’ experience in the catering industry and has worked at The Manor House Hotel at Castle Combe, The Royal Crescent in Bath and the Swan Hotel in Wells.
All meals at The Leaf are prepared, cooked and served by St Katherine’s School BTEC Catering and Hospitality students giving them invaluable practical experience alongside their classroom studies. They pride themselves in producing high standards of food and service every week.

Opened in May 2012 our stylish, modern, 50 seat restaurant offers a full view of the kitchen. Guests can also enjoy glorious rural views from our al fresco terrace in warmer weather.
